The Klatra Climber is manufactured in small batches to ensure quality. The current ordering cycle will run through November 9th 2020. All Climbers purchased during this cycle will ship by the week of December 7th. 

The Klatra Climber can be used in two primary ways. The primary purpose of it is the climbing motion, but it can also be used as a stepper.

Climbing: The climbing workout provided by the KLATRA Climber is a “Cross Body” or “Contralateral” workout. In a contralateral workout, the opposite arm and leg move together. When the right arm goes up, the left leg goes up and vice versa. This motion closely resembles the natural crawling motion we all learned as babies. Engaging in this motion in the upright position increases muscle usage and caloric burn resulting in one of the most efficient home workouts possible.

Stepping:   

Along with the standard climbing workout, the KLATRA Climber has stationary support handles so it can be used similar to a “Stair Stepper” for a light workout.

The Klatra Climber target the same muscles as those used in rock climbing. The upright position allows you to activate and use many different muscles including glutes, transverse abdominis, obliques, lats, delts, triceps, biceps, quads, calves and many more.
